Homeland Hospice is extremely grateful for the support of those who have trusted us and welcomed us into their homes, hospital rooms and hearts for more than 10 years.
More than 60 art-inspired guitars were generously sponsored for display at our 10th anniversary event held in November 2019. Many are on display at various community venues and all can be viewed here in this online gallery.
