Homeland Hospice is celebrating 15 years, and we want to remember and honor your loved one’s story. We invite you to craft a canvas heart to creatively express your love and remembrance. No artistic ability is needed and all materials will be provided. All hearts will be displayed at our 15th anniversary event, History, Heart & Honor, on Saturday, November 23, at the Scottish Rite Theatre in Harrisburg.
